Mini Mousse Cakes

Not Minnie Mouse Cakes! Mini as in little. Mousse as in fluffy pudding. Cake - you know cake, right?
On Food Network the other night, on The Best Thing I Ever Ate there was a 20 layer chocolate mousse cake. That sounded really good, but I didn't want to make a huge cake.

See how tiny? That's 1/4 of a cake.

    Thanks Andria! I found a great cake pan yesterday that's super deep. I'm gonna make a full size layered mousse cake soon!
