Corny, I know- but I couldn't resist. These cupcakes were based on the recipe from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. Once you try them you'll agree! I never liked the original tiramisu, it was too heavy for me. These are light and fluffy with espresso, kahlua and a creamy filling with chocolate shavings instead of cocoa on top.
