These cookies are fantastic! Many thanks to Tami of Vegan Appetite for the recipe. These cookies made my brother into a believer in vegan baked goods. He wouldn't try some of the stuff I baked because it might have tofu in it or something. But when he saw these he couldn't resist. I think he ate a dozen himself! They're that good.
